On a windless winter night at Jökulsárlón, the lagoon became perfectly still. The surface reflected the sky so clearly that the boundary between heaven and earth seemed to disappear.

As the northern lights strengthened, they formed a magnificent arch stretching from one horizon to the other. Above it, the Milky Way shimmered across the night sky while scattered icebergs floated silently in the frozen lagoon.

Standing there beneath this celestial display, I felt incredibly fortunate to witness such a rare alignment of otherworldly conditions.
