About the Photoshoot

Standing on the edge of Diamond Beach, I waited for the ocean to breathe in and out, shaping the ice with every wave. The scene was dark and moody, and the polished ice appeared to glow from within, like crystal pulled from another world. I used a long exposure to capture the movement of the water as it flowed around the ice, smoothing the chaos of the waves into a soft, dream-like current. Crystal Flow is my attempt to freeze that fleeting harmony between water, ice, and volcanic sand — a quiet moment of motion that would otherwise vanish in seconds.

About the Location – Diamond Beach, Iceland

This artwork was photographed at Iceland’s famous Diamond Beach, where pieces of ice break from Breiðamerkurjökull glacier and wash ashore like gemstones on black volcanic sand. Constant waves sculpt each fragment into unique, transparent forms. The contrast of obsidian sand, blue ice, and rhythmic ocean movement makes Diamond Beach one of the most surreal and unforgettable landscapes on earth.
