The challenge in photographing Mulagljufur lies in capturing its otherworldly atmosphere, where the beauty seems almost too perfect to be real. I spent hours here, losing track of time, carefully composing shots that contrast the greens of the moss with the blues and pinks of the sky. The way the sun illuminates the protruding rocks and glimmers off the river and waterfalls brought out a mythical quality in the scene.
